Farrow and Ball Wallpaper
Farrow and Ball use a very traditional manufacturing process with their own paints to create background colour and pattern from 6 core books, which is then block printed to create unique and stylish designs.
They are produced using environmentally friendly water based paints and traditional methods. There are wallpaper perfectionists every step of the way in the Farrow and Ball Factory in Dorset. They traditionally block or trough print the paper to create their distinguished designs.
A hand brushing technique is used to apply the ground colour. This, coupled with the application of another layer of paint to create patterns or stripes, makes for a wallpaper of unmatchable quality, with a uniquely tactile texture. Finally, they add a lick of specially formulated fine glaze to ensure durability and wipeable surfaces.
As they use the actual Farrow and Ball paint, the wallpapers co-ordinate perfectly with the matching paint colours, so even just doing a feature wall in paper can work beautifully in conjunction with the Farrow and Ball colour palette.
